our vineyard plan
1824 and 1970, we have harvested the grapes and we developed a few
bottles for the french market.
Since 1973, our own vineyard became bigger and bigger in the « cote
des BARs » (now 12 ha). We begun to elaborate our small
range of champagne with 3 blending in order to get at 8 in 2013.
We harvest 3 typs of champagne grapes : Meunier, Pinot Noir
and Chardonnay. We elaborated the whole gamme of champagne with
our own grapes : « Récoltant Manipulant » .
We produce our champagne with traditional champagne elaborating
method (very specific rules).
the « côte des BARs », we produce a very
good chardonnay grapes and a typical pinot noir grapes. We elaborate
single grapes blending (Blanc de noirs & Blanc de Blanc) and some
mixed grapes blendings : pinot noir & chardonnay. To have a
very good quality, we keep the bottles 2 years min. after bottling and
at least 6 months after disgorging. We have our champagne between 3
years to 6 years (except vintage).
2000, we create our vintage each year. We blend Pinot noir and chardonnay
grapes, we produce different vintages (the same blending chardonnay/pinot
noir) to define opposite aroma and tasting results. Today, we sell the
vintages 2004 and 2005.
